“I think the most important takeaway for me throughout my journey is that I really never thought it would be efficient to think of myself as a Boss, but rather a member of my team. I am the principle visionary but I have come to realize that I could never execute my vision without the help of my team. Some of the things I’ve learned along the way. The critical part is how to get people inspired by you, your vision. To get them to share the same passion you have – and that’s the key to getting your business going.”
